BEAR BBM is a beater blade mill which has been constructed for the pre-milling of cocoa nibs. The main drive is applied as a direct drive to assure an energy efficient milling process.

These mills we offer in small versions (capacity up to 500 kg, drive 45 kW) over medium variants up to the largest Beater Blade Mill BBM 30 (capacity up to 3,000 kg / h with a 160 kW drive).

The BEAR stone mill is suitable for the milling of cocoa nibs or comparable products with high a fat content. Thanks to a relatively low milling speed an efficient milling process can be achieved without high losses as heat.

The BMFL ball mills have been developed especially for the fine milling and homogenizing of chocolate and similar liquid products. Thanks to the large cooling surface it is suited also for temperature sensitive products. The relatively small steel ball filling minimizes the dynamical weight that combine energy efficiency with a high shaft speed. and a product flow from bottom to top. The BMFL is suitable for low abrasive products.

The BMV range of mills are ball mills designed as well for the medium and fine milling as also for the homogenizing of liquid products. The mills have a relatively high shaft speed and a product flow from bottom to top.

The BMS ball mill is constructed especially for the intermediate and fine milling of cocoa liquor. Typical for the BMS is the wide milling tank with a large volume and a large steel ball filling. Thanks to the combination of a large amount of steel balls and the slow shaft speed, good milling characteristics can be achieved with a relatively low powered and energy saving main drive.

The laboratory ball mill has been developed for the milling and refining of small amounts of liquid products. Typical products are cocoa liquor, chocolate, fillings etc. This small ball mill is ideal for the use in small chocolate manufacturies, laboratories or test plants.

The BCM classifier mill is a mill for the dry powder milling of different products. It has long life bearing housings and drives with power reserves. In its construction, the classifyer mill, is an impact crusher mill with integrated classifier. The milling disc is equipped with milling stones made out of wear resistant material. The product is being crushed by the milling stones and an impact ring. The integrated dynamical sifter, or classifier, is placed before the product output. The sifter separates the coarse particles from the product flow and return these to the milling process. The particle size depend on sifter speed and sifter design.
